Features:
- Rectangular design triple walled horizontal autoclave mounted on a sturdy, heavy MS tubular stand
- Inner chamber, door lid, jacket, boiler & outer jacket cover made of SS 304 with smooth rounded corners
- Single hinged door with manual radial locking system
- Separate steam generation boiler placed below the main body
- Pressure locking system on lid prevents opening while steam is inside
- Industrial grade energy efficient heaters reduce power bills drastically
- High grade fiber/mineral glass wool insulation for heat retention
- Equipped with pressure gauge for jacket, compound gauge for chamber, safety valve, and steam release valves
- Automatic vacuum breaker to prevent vacuum formation due to condensation
- Automatic pressure control switch cuts off electric supply when steam pressure reaches 18–20 psi
- Automatic low water level cut-off device for heater safety
- Digital PID temperature indicator cum controller with LCD display and inbuilt timer
- Automatic heater cut-off with alarm at cycle end
- High tensile jointless silicon gasket for leak-proof sealing
- SS baffle plate for uniform steam distribution
- Validation port provided
- Steam trap in condensate line for perfect condensation
- Plug screen to prevent line choking
- Water level indicator glass gauge with easily replaceable heaters
- Manual multiport valve for steam injection, dry sterilization & steam exhaust
- Inner chamber & outer jacket made of 14 SWG steel
- Hydraulically tested at 40 psi (2.5 times the operating pressure)
- Operates on 230V single phase (small size) or 440V three phase (large size)
