- Thick stainless steel lid tightened by radial locking system
- Pedal lifting device for user comfort
- Jointless neoprene rubber gasket for perfect sealing
- Hydraulically tested up to 40 psi for safety
- Equipped with water level indicator, pressure gauge, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve, vacuum breaker, pedal lifting device, and heating element
- Space between boiler and outer shell provides air insulation (mineral glass wool insulation available on demand)
- Specially designed heating elements for optimum sterilization time
- Supplied complete with stainless steel basket, cord, and plug
- Operates on 220/230V A.C. supply
